I was about eight years old when I decided I wanted to become a writer someday. I didn't know what I was going to write about, I just knew I wanted to write. I ended up with an award-winning career as an advertising copywriter which led to a fulfilling adjunct career in the academe. A few years ago, I published my first novel which has blossomed into a trilogy. All these allowed me to express my passion for creativity and spread the knowledge. Now, I believe, I'm finally writing according to my true calling--beyond just expressing creativity. I'm writing to help improve people's lives.
I’ve devoted about four decades of my career to advertising—writing for it, teaching it, and building my social and family life around it. Some time ago, my marriage of 30 years ended. Since then, I’ve taken up courses in psychology and have become a certified counsellor in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relationship Counselling. After devoting my writing talent to helping brands sell their products, it’s time I set out on a greater mission that will give this creativity a higher purpose. I’ve decided to alter my life’s course and devote my gift of writing to helping others navigate the labyrinth of our many priceless relationships. This mission begins with my book, Brave Hearts: Three Rules for Men with the Courage to Love.
